Our initial meeting will be a comprehensive gathering of your health history and current experience. Looking at imbalances, discomforts, and preexisting conditions to create an in-depth plan of action. This plan includes dietary recommendations and recipes, lifestyle practices, herbal support and more. Option for follow up meeting and check-ins. It is my purest intention to make sure you feel seen and nourished in this process.

30 minute follow up call + between session support $55
6 Week Package
We will meet 3 times over the course of this program. From initial intake and first steps towards radiant health, to deepened analysis and rebalancing of more persistent symptoms. Issues like gut health, hormone imbalances, stress-related disorders, and relationship to food can be examined with care and longer term fine-tuning.

3 Month Package
We will go deeper into cyclical health over the course of earth’s seasons. Twice monthly video calls and weekly check-ins via email or text to support your process and adjust that which your body is calling to. Whether you are seeking meal planning that nourishes and promotes vitality, a deeper understanding of your symptoms energetics, or guidance in cultivating a free and loving relationship with food, I am here in service to your highest well-being.
